Terms
1. Ownership of Work
Upon full payment, the "final design assets" created by DR Labs are transferred to the Client. However, DR Labs retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
2. Project Scope & Revisions
Projects are executed based on the "Desire" and specifications agreed upon during the Lab Consult. Any requests outside the initial scope will be treated as a "Change Order" and may incur additional costs and timeline adjustments.
3. Payment Terms
We operate on a milestone-based payment structure. An initial "Commitment Fee" is required to secure your slot in the Lab. All payments are non-refundable once the design phase has commenced, as our services are highly personalized and time-intensive.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing all necessary brand assets, content, and timely feedback. Delays in feedback exceeding 7 business days may result in the project being moved to a "Pause" status and may impact the final delivery date.
5. Limitation of Liability
DR Labs provides design and architectural services. We are not liable for any business loss, technical downtime, or third-party service failures (hosting, APIs, App Store rejections) once the final handoff is complete.
